Rouon Aro es un banco de voz disponible de manera oficial para el software de síntesis de voz "UTAU", siendo lanzado el 25 de Marzo del año 2012.
Actualmente posee varios VBs (Bancos de Voz) exclusivamente para el idioma japonés (aunque posee una versión Alpha en inglés, incompleta y no disponible), cuya voz y producción fue proveída por 牙音 (Gaon) y siendo ilustrado por 駿 牙 (Shun Kiba).
