- Processing and modifying all files including oto.ini and .frq is permitted, with the assumption that all modifications are based on Tsukune Rabi's data. Replacing with data from other voice libraries is prohibited, except for other Rabi versions (single or continuous sound). Any other exception requires permission from the respective provider.
- Secondary distribution of Tsukune Rabi is prohibited regardless of whether the data has been modified, unless permission is obtained from the provider.
- Although the files are designed for UTAU, using them in other applications is not prohibited (except for commercial use without permission).
