リサンプラー（UTAU）
- moresamplerおよびTIPSの使用を推奨します。
- リサンプラー使用時にピッチのずれが生じたり、ブレスノートが出力されない場合があります。
ファイルの再配布について
- 原則として、クリエイターの許可なくボイスバンクを再配布することは禁止です。
- ただし、既存の配布元が消失した場合に限り、クリエイターの許可なく再アップロードすることが部分的に認められます。
