Ramu Toumitsu es un oso panda joven de blanco y negro. Se creó originalmente como una caracterización divertida de un tipo borracho en mente. Como personaje, Ramu es el hermano mayor de Mero Takeka.
Un ávido bebedor, Ramu a menudo se encuentra en el bar bebiendo cuando no está cuidando a su hermano. Ramu suele ser bastante tímido y tranquilo, pero fácil de asustar. Cuando bebe y deja caer su comportamiento más tímido, a veces puede volverse agresivo e incluso tumultuoso.

Ramu Toumitsu is a young black and white panda bear. He was originally created as a fun characterization of a drunk guy in mind. As a character, Ramu is the older brother of Mero Takeka.
An avid drinker, Ramu is often found at the bar drinking when he is not looking after his younger brother. Ramu is usually quite shy and quiet, but easily startled. When he drinks and drops his shyer behavior, he can sometimes become aggressive and even rowdy.
When sober, he is kind and polite to the point of being an inconvenience to himself. He is also shy and easy to embarrass, and is often quite easy to persuade, leading to him frequently being taken advantage of. Ramu is quite terrible with money management, which often lands him in bad situations and dependent on others. His body is covered in various anemone flower tattoos; however, Ramu does not remember how they got there.

大のお酒好きで、弟の面倒を見ていないときはよくバーで飲んでいます。普段は非常に内気で落ち着いていますが、驚きやすい一面もあります。お酒を飲んで内気な性格が薄れると、攻撃的になったり騒がしくなることもあります。
しらふのときは、自分が不便を感じるほど礼儀正しく親切です。また内気で恥ずかしがり屋で、説得されやすく、よく利用されてしまいます。お金の管理が非常に苦手で、しばしば困った状況に陥り他人に頼りがちです。体中にはアネモネの花のタトゥーが入っていますが、どうしてそこにあるのかラム自身は覚えていません。
